OUR PHILOSOPHY
PHILIPPE LE BARON

“Philippe has an innate ability to remove the blinders we all wear while making us simultaneously aware of how much we know.”

— S.G., Sales representative   Charlotte, NC

PHILIPPE LE BARON

“I thrive on change.  Change can be vital, and
change is enforced faster from the external
pressure of outside consultants than from within an organization…I focus on sales managers and I focus on coaching, not training.”

LB4G founder and president Philippe Le Baron has over 25 years of national and international experience in consulting, sales, sales management and sales productivity management.

Before dedicating his professional expertise and business to becoming a “sales productivity manager for hire”, Philippe worked in behalf of American corporate business throughout Europe.

A recent assignment saw Philippe assist a large Boston based IT company into transforming their product sales force into a services selling machine. His sales transformation programs helped another organization double its services bookings after only one year into the program.

Another recent success involved a Texas based company that used Philippe’s highly focused program to help their sales force sell higher-end solutions to their corporate market. The program won overall acclaim and 80% of the sales reps closed at least one of the higher-end deals during their first six months following the program.

Old World Skills; New World Ideas

Over the years, Philippe has designed his own programs and workshops, successfully running them in countries with business cultures as diverse as the US, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Israel, Russia, Switzerland, and Austria. In order to adapt his consultative approach to everyone Philippe developed a global world-ready methodology that he brings to America.

Philippe is a member of the Business Leaders of Charlotte, World Affairs Council of Charlotte (WACC).  He is on the board of the French-American chamber of Commerce, North Carolina chapter (FACCNC), and recently became a member of the Cambridge Who’s Who.

Philippe is a graduate engineer of the Ecole Centrale-France, and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has led various consulting, sales and sales management positions at FRAMATOME, DASSAULT, SOPRA, DIGITAL, COMPAQ and EMC2, before launching his sales productivity services business – LB4G Consulting, Inc. – in 2006.

He is the author of various articles, the most recent being Managing the Productivity of a Multicultural Sales Force, and is the forthcoming author of a book on sales productivity management as seen through the sales manager/sales rep relationship.

Philippe resides with his wife and three daughters in Charlotte, NC.
